1. Weight ratio A:B=1:1.25 (vertical machine) A:B=1:1.5 (horizontal machine)
2. The use of viscosity 300 ~ 450mpa.s
3. Adhesives do not contain solvents.
4. After the adhesive is mixed, the curing time is less than 5 minutes (specifically, the formula can be adjusted according to the user's requirements)
5. Shear strength ≥ 200Kpa (foaming of polystyrene foam board)
6. Peel strength ≥30Kpa (foaming of polystyrene foam board)
three. Storage and packaging
1. Storage: In a general indoor warehouse, the storage period is six months.
2. Packing: Component 200kg/iron drum; Group B 250kg/iron drum.
